Charles is the Chief Information Security Officer for Altria, a Fortune 200 multi-national consumer goods organization. Prior to Altria, Charles held senior level information security positions at Sterling National Bank and Citibank. His experience includes a deep background in IT and the technology aspects of information security as well as incident response, regulatory compliance, metrics & reporting, and enterprise risk. Through several roles Charles has helped organizations both build and mature IT Risk programs while demonstrating ROI.
