Maura is a partner in the Litigation Department at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA. She received her B.A. from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from the Yale Law School. Maura represents clients in a wide variety of intellectual property disputes, including in arbitrations, U.S. courts, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. She has represented numerous parties in disputes involving IP license agreements, and in particular in disputes concerning FRAND terms and conditions and other issues of compliance under the policies of international standards-setting organizations, including disputes relating to ITU 56K modem standards, JEDEC DRAM standards, and 3GPP/ETSI 3G/4G wireless mobile standards. Maura also represents parties in disputes concerning other related areas of law, including copyright, antitrust, and unfair competition litigation in courts throughout the U.S.
