John E. Dubiansky
John is an Attorney Advisor in the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of Policy Planning, which performs research and advocacy and develops policy in support of the Commission’s competition and consumer protection missions. He focuses on competition issues involving intellectual property, including the Commission’s work involving standard essential patents and patent assertion entities. Prior to joining the Commission, John was a practicing patent litigator. His prior employers include Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Howrey LLP. |
