Tim is Senior Attorney for Litigation at BP America, Inc. where he manages class actions throughout the U.S., including antitrust, consumer fraud, breach of contract, trade secrets, ERISA, ADA, discrimination, commodity trading, and governmental investigations. Before joining BP, Tim was with McDermott Will & Emery in Chicago and in private practice in Washington, DC. Tim is a member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1.
