Based in Hong Kong, Dmitri focuses on internal and regulatory investigations, international and cross border litigation, arbitration and white collar crime across Asia-Pacific. He has worked with many of the top 100 law firms and General Counsel for Global 1000 companies across Asia, Australasia, the UK and U.S. Dmitri also specializes in advising clients on regulatory and litigation matters involving data privacy concerns, forensic investigative needs, electronic discovery, data migration, data mapping, evidence management, document review and analysis. Dmitri is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Dmitri holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws (focusing on international commercial law) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Economics from Victoria University of Wellington. He holds a Diploma in International Trade and Shipping Law from London Guildhall University and frequently presents at industry seminars and conferences across Asia. |
