Vik is a practice leader in the Global Litigation Services group, where he maintains regional oversight of review operations and oversees the Global Consulting group, advising clients and counsel on electronic discovery strategy, cost containment methodologies, and approaches to risk mitigation. Vik has over 12 years of experience in the electronic discovery industry as a delivery and consulting leader, with significant subject matter expertise in the life sciences, financial services and energy industries. He has led the development of technology and staffing innovations that attain cost reduction and deliver work product of the highest quality. He began his career in electronic discovery with a leading Big 4 consulting firm. Prior to his tenure as practice leader, Vik served as UnitedLex’s delivery leader in Gurgaon, India, where he developed and led a team of 350 lawyers serving a Fortune 10 client base. His ability to work across cultures has enabled him to develop risk-averse multi-shore delivery solutions for UnitedLex’s client base. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
