He has over 20 years of experience leading complex patent litigation in U.S. federal courts and the USPTO. David counsels domestic and international clients to resolve intellectual property disputes in telecommunications and other high-technology areas. He is a leader in global intellectual property law organizations, and often speaks on significant patent law issues. The U.S. Congress and White House have sought his views on patent policy issues. David is a recognized thought leader on standard essential patents.
