David is a partner in the Washington, DC, office of Arent Fox LLP, where his practice focuses on transactional intellectual property and data security. In addition to his duties to his clients, David holds the position of Privacy Officer for his firm and is a member of the firm’s Professional Conduct Committee with respect to data security matters, among other responsibilities. Among his professional affiliations, David is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, which has certified him as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. (CIPP/US).
