Paul Coletti
Paul has been an Associate Patent Counsel of Johnson & Johnson since 1987, and has overall patent responsibility for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices companies. His practice extends over all fields of patent law, including prosecution, litigation and client counseling. Paul is active in various patent and industry organizations, such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, IPO, AIPLA and AdvaMed, and serves on the EPO-US Bar Liaison Committee, for which he is a past Chair. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (1980) from Polytechnic Institute of New York (now part of NYU); an M.S.(1981), in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University; and a J.D.(1985) from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Paul was an associate in a patent boutique in Chicago, and worked as an engineer for Bell Laboratories. |
