Greg is a partner at Nagel Rice, LLP. He specializes in commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He represents clients in both state and federal courts. Greg’s clients range from individuals who were hurt in an accident, to small businesses, to large companies. Greg is also responsible for eDiscovery at his firm. Greg has tried many jury trials to verdict and has recovered over $87 million in settlements and verdicts in all types of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, wrongful death cases, slip and falls, and other catastrophic injury cases. Recently, Greg settled a worksite injury case for $21 million involving a paralyzed 21-year-old and a worksite death case for $5 million. Greg has been recognized on the Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars list from 2012–2020 and as a Super Lawyer from 2021-2024.
