Monica is a member of the Executive Committee and the former chair of the Business Litigation practice group of Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP. An active trial lawyer who is also board certified in Civil Appeals by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, her practice includes business torts, professional liability, insurance and real estate litigation, and covenants not to compete. She is the former chair of the American Bar Association’s National Institute on E-Discovery, and was a founding member of the Advisory Board of the Georgetown University E-Discovery Institute. Monica is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
