Kirsten R. Rydstrom
Kirsten practices in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, claim construction, and trial. Kirsten’s primary emphasis is on patent infringement litigation. She has served as lead counsel in numerous patent infringement lawsuits involving computer software and hardware, business methods, wireless technology, materials science and chemical products, and medical device technology. Kirsten has also litigated copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes, as well as software licenses and manufacturing agreements. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises clients on intellectual property transactions, portfolios, and strategies. Kirsten is a founding Master and current President of the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Inn of Court. She is also a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices (WG10). |
