Robb Snow
Robb has more than 38 years of legal experience managing and supervising large complex litigation, litigation technology, and electronic discovery. Currently, he is a Senior Director for the Federal Government Sector at Prevail Legal, Inc., an industry-leading legal technology provider of AI-assisted testimony management and court reporting, as well as large-scale audio/video transcription and translation services. Prior to joining Prevail, Robb was Counsel in the eDiscovery Group of the Litigation Information Technology Unit in the FDIC’s Legal Division. His responsibilities included assisting FDIC attorneys, and their outside counsel, navigate through high profile, time-intensive e-discovery issues. He joined the FDIC in 2010 after more than 23 years in private practice. Robb is an active member of the Sedona Conference, including Working Group 1 (Electronic Document Retention and Production), and the Technology Resource Panel. He is a member of the brainstorming group on Electronic Information in Government Proceedings, and was a drafting team member of The Sedona Conference Commentary on Information Governance, Second Edition (2019) and The Sedona Conference Glossary: E-Discovery & Digital Information Management, Fifth Edition (2020). He received his JD from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. |
