Rachelle is eDiscovery Counsel and Director of Practice Technologies at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler. She works with clients and attorneys on all e-discovery related aspects of their matters across the EDRM – from data retention, governance and disposition, legal holds, vendor selection, defensible document collection, ESI protocols, production, review methodologies, enabling technologies and other practice support functions. She also advises on data privacy and security issues and is an active participant of the firm’s risk and technology committees. Ms. Rennagel oversees the firm’s Practice Support, Paralegal, and Library Departments, and is responsible for the firm’s knowledge management initiatives. This role not only calls on her technology skills, but as an attorney, she acts as an intermediary between the firm’s attorneys and its IT organization.
