Alex is a partner and the Director of eDiscovery at Smith, Gambrell & Russell. His practice focuses on helping clients manage the legal risks and expense of creating, maintaining, and using electronic information before, during, and after litigation. Alex serves as discovery counsel for businesses and government bodies involved in complex litigation and advises clients on information governance issues such as data retention, destruction, and privacy. In addition to helping Smith, Gambrell & Russell’s clients and attorneys navigate the rapidly evolving world of electronic data, he also supervises the firm’s forensics, eDiscovery, and litigation support staff.
