Dr. Eric Dunleavy

Eric M. Dunleavy, Ph.D. is Vice President of the Employment and Litigation Services Division at DCI Consulting Group, where he leads a group of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and Labor Economists involved in a wide variety of personnel selection, work analysis, workforce analytics, and litigation support projects. In 2015 Dr. Dunleavy was elected a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In 2016 he testified before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on matters related to big data/people analytics in employment and was one of eleven I/O Psychologists who served on a SIOP committee responsible for revising the SIOP Principles. In 2017 he co-edited the book Adverse Impact Analysis: Understanding Data, Statistics and Risk. Dr. Dunleavy has served as a consulting or testifying expert on matters related to various employment laws and involving outcomes including hiring, promotion, performance measurement and pay. His most recent work has focused on evaluating and validating employment decisions tools leveraging artificial intelligence.
