Jenny is a partner at Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone.  She is a trial and appellate litigator with extensive experience representing industry-leading companies on both sides of the “v” in high-stakes patent disputes that have spanned a diverse array of technologies, including smartphones, digital imaging, natural language processing, medical devices, online content management and targeted advertising, computer animation, wearable fitness, GPS devices, recombinant technology, next-generation sequencing, and pharmaceuticals.  Her practice also regularly includes post-grant cases at the PTAB.  Jenny has been named to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America list.  Additionally, she maintains active leadership in several professional societies, including the Federal Circuit Bar Association, for which she has received the George Hutchinson Committee Award for exemplary committee leadership.
