Owen Masters
Owen Masters is an attorney in the Technology Enforcement Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. His work focuses on anticompetitive conduct and merger analysis in markets in which digital technology is an important dimension of competition, including online platforms, digital advertising, social networking, software, operating systems, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining the Commission, he was an antitrust attorney at Proskauer Rose in Washington, DC, where he had a varied docket that included conduct and merger work, CFIUS advising, and co-founding a price gouging group. Owen is a graduate of UVA School of Law and Swarthmore College. |
