Hon. Rukhsanah L. Singh is a United States Magistrate Judge in the Trenton Vicinage of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to her appointment, Judge Singh was an Assistant General Counsel for Litigation at BASF Corporation and previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to being an AUSA, Judge Singh was an Associate at Connell Foley LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Joel A. Pisano, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as to the Honorable Roberto A. Rivera-Soto, Associate Justice in the New Jersey Supreme Court. Judge Singh received her B.A. from Davidson College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
