Joel is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick Townsend where he concentrates in the area of complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on misappropriation of trade secrets, information technology and software disputes, business torts, restrictive covenant, and technology license disputes. Since April 2023, Mr. Bush has led Kilpatrick’s multi-disciplinary working group for identifying and delivering legal services associated with generative AI. Mr. Bush has been recognized as a Georgia "Super Lawyer" in General Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
