Nabeel Cheema
Nabeel is a Special Counsel in the Office of Rulemaking, Division of Corporation Finance, at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He was part of the SEC staff team that worked on the public company cybersecurity disclosure rules recently adopted by the Commission. Nabeel has 15 years of experience working in Federal agency rulemaking. Prior to his Federal service, he was an associate at Morgan Lewis in Washington, D.C., where he advised on securities and corporate governance matters. |
