In a growing area of privacy law, Jenn has carved out a niche, representing clients facing some of the first-ever lawsuits targeting website tools used for marketing, and applying old laws to new and emerging technologies. More broadly, Jenn focuses her practice on class action and complex litigation, as well as appellate work, with an eye on privacy and cybersecurity law. The American Lawyer published one of her articles on pixel litigation and Missouri Lawyers Weekly selected her as an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2023.
