Rebecca has extensive experience advising on a wide range of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, database rights, domain names, and trade secrets.  She has a particular focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industry together with the retail and financial services sectors. She advises companies on IP disputes, trademark prosecution, anticounterfeiting, IP licensing, and the protection and enforcement of rights in software and databases. She is experienced in ADR including mediation and expert determination and serves on the ADR Committee of INTA.  She recently acted in the High Court of London for a multi-national manufacturer in a technical trade secrets case; a videogames developer in a copyright infringement claim; and a US airline in a trade mark license dispute that went to trial at the end of 2022.
