Jeremy T. Elman is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Duane Morris LLP.  He is a trial lawyer and strategist with over 20 years of experience, and has become a leading authority on various software-related legal issues, such as trade secrets, patents for consumer electronics, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Jeremy has represented many of the world’s leading technology companies as well as a diverse set of brands in litigation matters, typically involving claims of infringement, misappropriation or piracy. Jeremy has tried cases in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and has argued before the Federal Circuit on trade secret issues. Jeremy has also helped build IP programs for everyone from small start-ups to public technology companies.
