Mr. Justice Elliott Myers was appointed to the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2015. Prior to that he was the head of the commercial litigation group at Bull Housser & Tupper- now Norton Rose.  In both his practice and on the bench, Elliott has dealt with cross-border issues in the context of class-actions and issues concerning choice of forum, enforcement of judgments and other conflicts of laws issues. He is a strong proponent of the use of technology for litigation and in the courts and is a frequent speaker in the area.  He is also a member of the Steering Committee of Working Group 7 on Sedona Canada (WG7).
