Jessica is an attorney in DLA Piper’s Litigation and Regulatory practice group with extensive experience in information governance (IG), including records and information management (RIM), data strategy, litigation preparedness, and e-discovery. She advises US and global organizations across a wide variety of sectors on best practices related to the use, management and disposition of records and data. Jessica works with her clients to develop domestic and global IG and RIM policies, procedures and training modules, and conduct risk assessments. Jessica also designs and vets enterprise record retention schedules and provides strategic and tactical counsel on various IG challenges including use of data analytics, the management of email and messaging platforms, and defensible disposition of documents and data.
