Dave is Chair of the Trade Secrets Committee of the Clark Hill Restrictive Covenant Strategic Initiative Team and regularly writes about nationwide developments in trade secrets law. For nearly three decades Dave has practiced as a commercial litigator in state and federal courts and draws upon his inquisitiveness in technology and persistence at problem-solving to litigate trade secret matters. Dave represents clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation matters including misappropriation of trade secrets, complex contract and business tort disputes, UCC/commercial law, and creditor’s rights. Dave represents manufacturers, distributors, healthcare companies, wholesalers, service providers, financial institutions and real estate investors.
