He also routinely advises clients on internal investigations and issues related to data governance and electronic discovery. With experience that spans two decades, Nate approaches each case from the perspective of a seasoned trial lawyer. He works closely with clients to thorough investigate matters as they arise and to develop effective strategies for successful outcomes, all while seeking to minimize disruptions to his clients’ businesses. When further action is required, Nate draws on experience participating in more than hundred cases, including as outside counsel and previously as both an ediscovery and trial presentation specialist.
