Daniel is a Director with iDiscovery Solution’s European division and a qualified US attorney having practiced in both the United States and Europe. Through much of his career, Daniel was a member of a team of lawyers dedicated to the delivery of technological solutions within an international law firm, gaining considerable expertise on some of the largest global investigations. From his time in practice to the transition into the eDiscovery service industry, Daniel successfully advised and managed high-profile projects through all phases of the EDRM process. More specifically, he has provided guidance on large scale document reviews related to phase 2/second requests, cartel/abuse/state aid investigations, internal investigations, multijurisdictional complex litigations, and banking-related matters. A true citizen of the world, Daniel was born in Germany, raised in Canada, educated in America and has now lived over 10 years split between Belgium and the UK, bringing him back to his family roots.
