Josephine is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley based in London. She is the co-head of Cyber & Privacy Legal and head of EMEA Technology & Data Legal. She also acts as the International Data Protection Officer. Josephine joined the Firm in 2002 as an Associate, serving in a number of roles within Legal & Compliance Division. She was promoted to Vice President in 2003, Executive Director in 2009 and Managing Director in 2021. Previously, Jo worked for a subsidiary of NatWest Bank and Ricardo Consulting Engineering from 1998 until 2002, as Procurement, Technology and Intellectual Property Legal Counsel. Josephine earned a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law, graduating from University of Buckingham. She qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria in 1992 and a Solicitor in England & Wales in 1998.
