Ted is a partner at BakerHostetler, where he serves as national lead counsel for the firm’s E-Discovery, Advocacy & Management team (EDAM). Ted serves as e-discovery counsel to Fortune 50 companies and represents clients in connection with complex litigation and regulatory investigations, including some of the most complex multi-jurisdictional actions involving both class actions and multistate regulatory inquires. Prior to leading the group, Ted was responsible for the strategic management of discovery across all of the more than 1000 legal actions initiated by Irving H. Picard, the court-appointed Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee, in connection with the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. Ted is the leader of BakerHostetler’s LGBTQ Affinity Group and as the New York office’s pro bono coordinator, he leads impact litigation on a wide range of social justice initiatives. A graduate of Colgate University, Harvard Divinity School and Georgetown University Law Center, Ted also serves on the board of Urban Word NYC and is a founding member of Lawyers for Good Government.
