Emily Jennings is the Discovery Manager of Paul Hastings LLP, overseeing the firm’s Discovery Attorney program across offices and practice groups. With over 15 years of experience in litigation and technology, she trains attorneys, advises on emerging technologies, and has lectured on AI and machine learning at UC Irvine School of Law. She has also co-authored WG1 and WG11 publications on TAR and ransomware payments, respectively. Previously, she was an associate in the Intellectual Property practice, focusing on complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology litigation. Before joining Paul Hastings in 2013, she litigated at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and later completed a post-baccalaureate premedical sciences program at Bennington College. She is based in New York.
