Meredith is counsel at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP where she has handled multiple complex antitrust matters for Fortune 500 corporations, and represented the top corporate officers of one of the nation’s largest banks in defense of a non-compete action brought by a Fortune 500 corporation and leading financial holding company. She has also represented interests of private investment firms in disputes in federal court and in relation to Securities and Exchange Commission investigations. In addition to an active litigation practice, Meredith counsels Fortune 500 corporations on data security and data privacy. Additionally, Meredith is actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice.
