Stacy handles complex commercial and intellectual property litigation for a range of technology companies. As a registered patent agent with a degree in electrical engineering and years of legal experience, Stacy quickly understands a patent case’s technical elements, which helps her protect her clients’ most innovative technologies.
She has also counseled several non-profit clients on IP matters to protect their core operations, and handled numerous cases pro bono, including several immigration and educational rights proceedings. Prior to earning her J.D., Stacy interned for the Northern District of Illinois’ U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Washington Defender Association, as well as served as a law clerk for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office.
