Gerard is a Senior Attorney and Advisor in the Litigation practice group at Arnold & Porter, where he also serves as Deputy Director of the firm’s eDiscovery and Data Analytics (eData) Group. In his practice, Gerard counsels firm clients and colleagues regarding the strategic implementation of tailored and defensible processes and practices concerning the preservation, collection, review, and production of documents and data. An experienced litigator, his practice focuses on complex, multidistrict antitrust litigation matters and regulatory proceedings before state, federal, and international authorities. Gerard further advises firm lawyers and clients from across various practice groups and numerous industries regarding information governance best practices and the use of emerging legal technology solutions.
