Sarah is Discovery Counsel at Lenczner Slaght, where she advises clients and litigators on all aspects of the discovery phase of litigation and regulatory proceedings by strategically designing discovery solutions that are customized to a given matter. Sarah has extensive experience in managing large-scale discovery projects in complex commercial cases and multi-jurisdictional matters. She is also well versed in the use of current technology to reduce the cost and burden of discovery. Her mission is to ensure that discovery solutions are not only legally defensible but also cost-efficient for clients. In 2020, Sarah was on the drafting team for The Sedona Canada Commentary on Privacy and Information Security for Legal Service Providers: Principles and Guidelines.
