Henry Su
Henry is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer who focuses on disputes involving competition, consumer protection, innovation, and technology issues. In private practice with law firms in Virginia, California, and the District of Columbia, he has litigated antitrust and intellectual property cases involving a broad range of technologies and industries, including some that have raised issues at the intersection of the patent system and competition law. Additionally, Henry spent almost seven years at the Federal Trade Commission as a senior trial lawyer and an advisor to a sitting Chairwoman and a sitting Commissioner, during which he worked on investigations and enforcement actions involving patent-related conduct and contributed to an important empirical study by the agency on patent assertion entity activity (October 2016). Henry is a graduate of Yale College, where he earned a B.S. in biology, and the University of Virginia School of Law. He is also a registered patent attorney. |
