Sean is a partner in the Denver, Colorado office of the international law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP, where he handles a wide breadth of commercial litigation matters including computer software litigation, fraud and misrepresentation claims, corporate governance disputes, and employment disputes. He is a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
