Ross is Deputy Chair and Counsel, E-Discovery at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.  In his role, Ross works with the firm’s lawyers to provide guidance on law, technology, and best practices relating to the discovery of electronic information. As head of the firm’s Information Systems eDiscovery and litigation technology service teams, Ross oversees services and technologies for discovery and data intelligence. Certified as a Fellow of Information Privacy, he also provides guidance on data privacy issues in the context of cross-border discovery. Ross is a frequent speaker and author on eDiscovery and data privacy topics, including contributing to numerous publications of The Sedona Conference. Ross has served on the steering committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, is an active member of Sedona's Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery, and Disclosure, and is a member of The Sedona Conference Leadership Council.
