Dan Roffman is a vice president in the Forensic Services Practice at Charles River Associates. He has over 20 years of digital forensics and information security consulting experience, helping clients protect their most valuable information, and investigating allegations of trade secret theft and cyber incidents. Mr. Roffman has testified on trade secret matters as both a digital forensic expert and an expert on reasonable measures. He has been appointed by judges and selected by parties to server as a neutral digital forensic expert on trade secret cases. In addition to trade secrets, Mr. Roffman has testified on a range of other digital forensic topics, including software piracy, cyber investigations, and electronic document authenticity issues.
