Amy Candido
Amy is a trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property in “bet the company” cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. She has litigated and advised clients in a wide range of technologies, including self-driving cars, various smart phone technologies, advertising on the Internet, computer hardware and software, semiconductor manufacturing, casino gaming, satellite design and genetic testing. Amy has conducted several jury trials in the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern and Southern Districts of California, and bench trials at the International Trade Commission. She speaks regularly on issues related to trade secret and patent damages. She has been recognized has an IP Rising Star by Law360 and as one of the top 100 women litigators in California by The Daily Journal. Amy graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and is a member of the bars of California and New York. |
