Rick Griffith
Rick is the Chief Information Officer for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and provides technology and innovation leadership. Rick is responsible for enterprise applications and data, private and public cloud infrastructure, IT project management, litigation technology and the information security program where safeguarding confidential and protected attorney-client privileged information is essential to fulfilling the office's mission. Rick routinely works through complex cybersecurity, data privacy, audit compliance, and technology contracting matters to minimize risk for the office. Rick previously served in various state government IT leadership roles overseeing the IT operations of key statewide financial and budget systems in Washington State and was responsible for technology support for several state agencies, such as the Governor’s Office and the Office of Financial Management. He has partnered with the National Association of Attorneys General to provide consulting, best practices and technology advice to other State Attorneys General through the Management Review Program. |
