Lovita Tandy
Lovita is a law practice management consultant with Tandy Professional Development. She uses a variety of tools, including the internationally recognized Project Management Body of Knowledge and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument, to help legal teams increase profitability and effectiveness using processes and workflows tailored to each team’s unique personality dynamics, risk tolerance, and the “triple constraints” of cost, schedule, and scope. She spent more than a decade as a partner in a firm that has ranked among the top 50 firms in the AmLaw 100 Survey every year since 1990. At her former firm, she served as the architect for the firm’s diversity program, litigated and defended against multiple EEOC nationwide employment discrimination actions, and served as a labor and employment subject matter expert on transactional matters. As a law professor, she taught Contracts, Transactional Drafting, Remedies, and Negotiations. She graduated from Harvard/Radcliffe College (1992) and Duke Law (1996). |
