Dante is a member at Dykema in the firm’s litigation group, a senior member of its Data Privacy and Security team, and heads the firm’s national electronic discovery program. In the data privacy and security space, Dante advises clients on the legal aspects of security incident responses, helping clients and their in-house legal departments to navigate the compliant investigation of information security incidents, evaluate legal and contractual obligations, and chart the path forward. He also assists clients with data-protection aspects of customer contracts, supply-chain management, corporate transactions, and general compliance. Dante has two decades of experience in litigating discovery issues in class actions and multidistrict litigation, including cases alleging the negligent handling of data and alleging violations of data-protection laws.
