Martin E. Wolf
Marty is a founder and managing partner of Gordon, Wolf & Carney, Chtd. With nearly 30 years of experience, Marty’s practice is focused on complex litigation in the areas of class actions and mass torts. Marty regularly confronts discovery issues involving ESI. He has written on the admissibility of ESI for the National Institute for Justice. Marty received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and a J.D. (with honors) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Marty was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2009 by the Maryland Association for Justice, and is a Senior Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. His firm was named Consumer Advocates of the Year in 2010 by the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Marty is a Deacon for the Archdiocese of Baltimore, where he serves in both prison ministry and high school youth ministry. |
