Albert is the EPO Attaché to the United States, based in Washington, DC. He previously served from 2011 to 2015 as Intellectual Property Attaché for the United States to Latin America, based in Rio de Janeiro. Albert began his career over 25 years ago at a law firm where his practice included both patent prosecution and litigation. More recently, he has practiced in law firms and served as in-house counsel. He has represented clients in matters involving patents as well as in a variety of transactional matters and in litigation across a broad array of technological fields. Albert earned a degree in Engineering from Villanova University and a J.D. from Rutgers University.
