Alex Meier specializes in employee mobility issues and internal investigations. Alex particularly enjoys leveraging his fluency in computer forensics and systems analysis to establish or refute alleged misappropriation. He has successfully enforced and invalidated restrictive covenant agreements across the United States and secured multiple six-figure fee-shifting awards from discovery disputes. Alex is also passionate about the application of generative artificial intelligence to litigation. He is a member of Seyfarth’s AI Task Force. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Alex clerked for the Honorable William C. O’Kelley, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
