Jason is Senior Counsel at Hill Ward Henderson, where he leads the eDiscovery & Information Governance Group. He focuses his practice on construction and design contracts, electronic discovery, digital accessibility, and select areas of information technology law. Jason’s eDiscovery practice spans all areas of electronically stored information and includes policy development; litigation readiness; legal holds; vendor selection; early case assessments; the collection, processing, search, review, and production of ESI; and eDiscovery risk assessments. Jason also offers outside eDiscovery co-counsel services to other law firms, at both the pre-trial and trial stages, in all areas involving ESI. On the consulting side, Jason offers eDiscovery and technology consulting services, in areas such as bringing eDiscovery in-house, software selection, project management, protocol and procedure development, and more. Jason is admitted to practice law in Florida and Tennessee and is based in Tennessee.
