Lewis is an Associate Director in FRA’s Washington, DC office, developing client-facing engagement and management strategies for FRA’s forensic, eDiscovery, and compliance clients. He has over 14 years of experience as an eDiscovery consultant, and has managed numerous past eDiscovery matters, involving cross-border data and ESI, with various jurisdictional data privacy considerations. Lew has advised legal and corporate clients on eDiscovery processes and best practices, including collections and processing, data and engagement management, administration of Relativity review databases, privilege logs, linear/TAR/hybrid review coding projects, and productions. Other prior experiences include a Silicon Valley legal review technology startup, and a Big 4 accounting firm, specializing in forensic technology and discovery, serving life sciences, pharmaceutical, technology, energy, manufacturing, automotive, and financial services industry clients. Lew earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, and his BA in Political Science, from SUNY Albany.
