Drake is a partner at Gill Ragon Owen, a 25-lawyer firm in Little Rock. He is Privacy Law Specialist certified by the ABA-accredited International Association of Privacy Professionals, which has also designated him a Fellow of Information Privacy and awarded him certifications in privacy technology and privacy management. Drake is also Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA) and a Certified Cloud Security Professional (ISC)2. He counsels clients in cyber-risk and privacy planning, management, and response, cloud contracting, vendor management, and regulatory response. Drake previously served on The Sedona Conference Working Group on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11) Cloud Brainstorming Group.
